In June 1999 we returned to Washington  to try to climb Mt. Rainier again.  We got to Camp Muir, did some review of mountaineering techniques, but did not make an attempt to summit.  Steve returned in August to attempt a climb with Rainier Mountaineering, Inc. and made it to the summit.
